The last time I had sex was about a week before my last period. And I am on birth control. But Im 5′2" and weigh 119 pounds and I’m scared lo overall 28 might not be strong enough for me since I only weighed 85 pounds when I was put on it 2 years ago. Now I’m also on other medicines such as DOXYCYCLINE 100mg twice a day, allegra 180, effexor 225 mg, and a teen vitamin. I have also had 2 injections of the gardisal shot and am getting the next one in a couple weeks. I still had my last period but I’m scared I could still be pregnant because I’ve had the following symptoms
random stomach cramps like when your on your period
lower back pain every now and then
increased discharge some yellow (and I shouldn’t have an infection b/c i’m on doxycycline even though its for acne caus it treats yeast infections 2) and I never EVER have discharge
the other morning my nipples were really hard they didnt really hurt but they were hard and they have some bumps to.
i havent had to go to the bathroom as much latley
and I have been moody
so do you all think that I could still be pregnant even though I’m on lo ovral 28?

The Doxcycline could decrease the effectiveness of your birth control. I would recommend a pregnancy test just to make sure. I am thinking your not pregnant based on the symptoms but everyone is different. I am 34 weeks pregnant and when I was first pregnant I was extremely tired!, achy like the flu, and had frequent headaches. Later on about 5-6 months I got some cramping and backache, but not early in pregnancy. If you are on BC it is an effective method of contraception but any type of antibiotic can reduce the effectiveness of the BC pills!

If you had sex before your last period and not at all after I would guess it is unlikely but I would discuss it with your doctor! Good luck!
